Job Description

• Answering telephone and email enquiries from Customers

• Logging and follow up of Customer Information and issues

• Delivering high caliber Customer Service

• Cross-selling and up-selling

We offer:

• Full-time contract (39 hours/week)/ stable position

• Extensive Training and languages lessons (Spanish and English)

Working Hours -Mon - Fri (08:00 - 20:00) & Sat - Sun (09:00 - 18:00) (39hours/week) you also need to be available to work during bank holidays. Possibility for late shift between 15:00 to 22:00.


Job Requirements

You should:

• Be a native German, along with having a high level of English.

• Have excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner

• Be flexible

• Have good keyboard data entry skills and computer literacy

• Be a team player
